RenovInn works with photographs and information about your home. We treat that information as personal project content and use it only for legitimate product, service, security and business purposes described below.

Depending on how you use RenovInn, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, authentication information, room photographs, reference images, rough dimensions, city or postal code, renovation preferences, budget information, messages, feedback and other details you choose to provide.
2. Information collected automatically
Our website and applications may collect basic device and usage information such as IP address, browser or device type, operating system, referral source, pages viewed, timestamps and interactions with the service. Analytics or advertising tools, where enabled, may use cookies or similar technologies.
3. How we use your information
We may use information to provide renovation planning services, create and improve project outputs, maintain your account, communicate with you, operate customer support, secure the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, understand product usage, improve our systems and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Room photos and renovation project content
Images of your home may reveal personal details. Project content may be reviewed or processed by authorised RenovInn personnel and service providers where reasonably necessary to deliver, quality-check, secure or improve the service. Please avoid uploading sensitive information that is not needed for your renovation request, and only upload content you have the right to share.
5. Google, phone, email and WhatsApp
If you use Google sign-in, phone or email verification, or communicate with RenovInn through WhatsApp, the relevant provider may process information under its own terms and privacy policy. RenovInn receives only the information made available to us through the feature you choose to use.
6. Service providers and infrastructure
We may use third-party providers for hosting, databases, object storage, authentication, communications, analytics, customer support, monitoring and other infrastructure. These providers may process information on our behalf as needed to operate their services.
7. When information may be shared
We may share information with service providers, when you direct us to share it, where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other people, in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets, or where disclosure is required by applicable law. We do not sell your room photographs or renovation project content as a standalone data product.
