RenovInn terms
These Terms govern your use of RenovInn websites, applications and renovation planning services. By using RenovInn, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and provide accurate information when creating or using an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
2. What RenovInn provides
RenovInn provides renovation planning and decision-support based on information you submit. Outputs may include design directions, room or full-home planning, material suggestions, alternatives, practical notes and approximate material-price ranges.
3. Measurements, site conditions and professional work
RenovInn may use photographs and rough dimensions to help tailor planning outputs, but these do not replace final site measurements. Before purchase, demolition, fabrication or construction, dimensions, quantities, feasibility, structural conditions, electrical work, plumbing, waterproofing, safety requirements and other execution details must be verified by qualified people on site where appropriate.
4. Estimates and local pricing
Any price or spend range is an approximate planning estimate, not a binding contractor, supplier or installer quotation. Actual pricing can change based on city or locality, brand, specification, quantity, taxes, transport, labour, availability, site conditions and market changes.
5. Your project information and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for having the right to upload room photographs, reference images, measurements and other content. You grant RenovInn the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, reproduce and use that content to provide, secure and improve the service.
6. Decisions and execution
RenovInn helps you make informed planning decisions, but you remain responsible for what you approve, purchase or execute. Designers, contractors, tradespeople, suppliers and other third parties remain responsible for their own advice, quotations, workmanship, products and obligations.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property rights, scrape or reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or use RenovInn in violation of applicable law.
8. Third-party services and links
RenovInn may rely on or link to third-party services. Third parties operate under their own terms, privacy policies, availability and pricing. RenovInn is not responsible for independent third-party acts or performance unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Intellectual property
RenovInn software, branding, interface, original content, documentation and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights needed to use the service, these Terms do not transfer RenovInn intellectual property to you.
10. Service changes and pricing
We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue features, introduce or change charges, impose usage limits or update the service over time. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
11. Disclaimers
RenovInn is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Renovation outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including site conditions, workmanship, product availability, supplier performance and decisions made after the planning stage.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RenovInn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from third-party execution, unverified measurements, market-price changes or use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect RenovInn, other users or third parties, enforce these Terms, address misuse or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Disputes will be handled by a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or dispute-resolution requirements that apply.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as RenovInn evolves. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published, and additional notice may be provided where appropriate.
